1. Documents
- Privacy Policy: what personal data we process, why, and your rights.
- Terms of Service: the contract for using Bhoral BI.
- Data Processing Agreement: processor and CCPA service-provider terms for customer data we process on a customer's behalf (including GDPR Art. 28 terms).
- Subprocessors: who helps us process data, where, and on what transfer basis.

- Cookie Policy and Cookie settings: this site sets no non-essential cookies.
- Privacy requests: how to access, export, correct or delete your data, and object.

2. AI transparency
In line with Article 50 of the EU AI Act:
- AI output in Bhoral BI is labelled as AI-generated.
- You are told when you are talking to an AI, including the JUN assistant.
- We do not train AI models on customer data, and our model providers are contractually restricted from doing so.
- AI can be wrong. Check results before relying on them.
